We’re looking for a proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing team. This is an entry-level role suited for someone with strong attention to detail, a knack for organisation, and a genuine interest in sales operations and customer engagement.

You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero keeping our sales engine running smoothly — updating our Zoho CRM, assisting with sales processes, and supporting our sales executives in achieving their goals.

Location: Cape Town / Remote

Duties & Responsibilities:

(Including but are not limited to the below)

  • Maintain and update Zoho CRM with accurate contact information, emails, and phone numbers.

  • Create, track, and update deals based on sales team feedback.

  • Generate and distribute weekly and monthly sales reports.

  • Assist with email and phone outreach to prospects and clients.

  • Support the marketing team

  • Help ensure that no deal or lead falls through the cracks.
Requirements
      • A diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

      • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

      • Strong familiarity with Zoho is preferred

      • Comfortable making calls and managing calendars.

      • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Documents/Sheets) and other reporting tools.

      • A self-starter with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
