We’re looking for a proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing team. This is an entry-level role suited for someone with strong attention to detail, a knack for organisation, and a genuine interest in sales operations and customer engagement.
You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero keeping our sales engine running smoothly — updating our Zoho CRM, assisting with sales processes, and supporting our sales executives in achieving their goals.
Location: Cape Town / Remote
Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain and update Zoho CRM with accurate contact information, emails, and phone numbers.
Create, track, and update deals based on sales team feedback.
Generate and distribute weekly and monthly sales reports.
Assist with email and phone outreach to prospects and clients.
Support the marketing team
Help ensure that no deal or lead falls through the cracks.
Requirements
A diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Strong familiarity with Zoho is preferred
Comfortable making calls and managing calendars.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Documents/Sheets) and other reporting tools.
A self-starter with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
