DeepAlert Product Roadmap 2026: A Look at What’s Ahead

On 2 June, DeepAlert hosted its annual Product Roadmap meeting with customers at Securex South Africa. The session was presented by Ryan Bromfield, Head of Product, and set out what customers can expect from the platform for the remainder of the year.

What’s coming

Ryan walked attendees through several developments planned for 2026, including two new capabilities — SceneIQ and AlertIQ — along with an updated product structure designed to give customers clearer options as their monitoring needs grow:

  • DeepAlert Core — the foundational false alarm filtering capability
  • DeepAlert CorePlus — extended functionality building on Core
  • DeepAlert Command — DeepAlert’s rebuilt alerting platform

This restructuring is intended to make it easier for customers to identify which combination of tools best fits their operation, from smaller monitoring setups through to larger, more complex deployments.

A conversation, not just a presentation

Beyond outlining the roadmap, the session gave DeepAlert an opportunity to hear directly from the customers using the platform day to day. Feedback from these conversations feeds into ongoing product decisions, helping ensure development stays grounded in the realities of live monitoring operations.

Thank you

DeepAlert thanks everyone who joined the session at Securex South Africa. Meetings like this are a reminder that the platform’s direction is shaped together with the people relying on it every day.
